Experiencing the future of clean energy—from lab to reality

On 9 January 2026, Shri Anjan Kumar Mishra, Secretary, PNGRB, led a delegation to Indian Oil’s R&D Centre, Faridabad, to gain first-hand insights into innovations in future fuels, clean mobility and gas infrastructure readiness. The visit began fittingly with a ride on a hydrogen bus, reflecting India’s hydrogen ambitions. Interactions and demonstrations showcased advances in hydrogen, CBG-to-hydrogen pathways, BS-VI testing, and pipeline integrity technologies. The engagement reinforced PNGRB’s commitment to evidence-based regulation and preparedness for future-ready, low-carbon energy systems.
